*G-Unit’s Lloyd Banks and his three associates were arrested in Ontario, Canada over the weekend for allegedly beating up a promoter.

AllHipHop.com is reporting that the rapper, born Christopher Charles Lloyd, was nabbed with the other men for assaulting promoter Chris Hines of Chris Hines/Ultimate Entertainment.

The artist was reportedly booked at Club N.V. in Ontario, Canada but showed up late and only performed one song before bouncing, further inciting an already agitated crowd.

According to reports, Banks and the three other men got violent with Hines in a hotel room when Hines reportedly refused to pay Banks for the performance. Hines was rushed to the hospital, where he was treated and released for multiple contusions and head trauma.

According to Hines’ Facebook profile, the promoter has also served as a road manager for Banks, as well as Buju Banton, Sticky Fingaz from Onyx, Dj Whoo Kid, and 50 Cent.

Furthermore, Hines personally manages DJ John J of Shadyville, Matt Babel and worked for Violator Management.

Banks, Shaun McGee, Tyrell Cooper and Nicholas Sloan will reportedly be charged with assault, robbery and forced confinement.
