*New York radio station WRKS is reportedly suing the management team behind its afternoon drive jock D.L. Hughley for threatening to pull the comedian from his show over a pay dispute.

According to the New York Daily News, Hughley’s lawyers believe the radio station owes him $359,000 for his successful 6 a.m. to 10 a.m. weekday show, launched in July.

Some quick negotiations kept Hughley on the show while the money problems are ironed out.

This past Monday, KISS-FM sued URBan Radio Communications in Manhattan Federal Court, saying the radio was never responsible for paying Hughley – and accusing URBan of breaking his three-year contract, the Daily News reported.
