*We all have our favorite brands, but with this recession, we’ve stopped using them.  We’ve gotten up to the shelf and have had to make some life altering decisions about our detergents, trash bags, paper towel, and worst of all, food.

The companies of Proctor & Gamble, Westinghouse, General Mills, etc. have been living high off the hog for far too long off of our hard earned money or lack thereof.

Now places like the retail behemoth, Wal-mart, will be snatching name brands off their shelves and replacing them with more economical substitutes like their own Great Value brand. (more…)
