I know, I’m pretty peeved about it as well. It was a good show. I hate how ABC doesn’t give shows a chance before they yank them. Dirty Sexy Money only lasted half a season and I loved that show! I like dramadies.
*sidenote – I knew when that burgular ran, he was not a real burgular. I figured Cliff sent him so he could try to get back in her good graces and make her realize she ‘needs’ a man.
ABC doesn’t give their shows a chance, but that is why they are starting to decline in the ratings race. First they kept moving Ugly Betty around so much, folks lost track of it and now its cancelled. They underplayed Dirty Sexy Money, which was a damn good show, just a suck timeslot without giving it a chance and now they are getting rid of the Deep End after a few episodes. If they started the Deep End THEN followed it with NEW episodes of Greys instead of a new episode one week, a rerun the next, then maybe folks would be more apt to watch…… BUT they have kept THe Bachelor (so overdone) and other suck azz shows, don’t get the logic

I think that Maya’s pregnancy was a stereotype that Shonda Rhimes didn’t really need to bring out on HER show… I understand Maya is the only child who’s technically ON the show but they have the girl getting married and all of this other unrealistic bullshiggety. Kids can’t even work full time when they’re that age, can they? How is “Dink” supposed to work to support his family?
I think Naomi’s reaction was pretty realistic. I can’t imagine any mother being on board with a 15 year old being pregnant and marrying the dude.
Regarding Sam/Addison – They bore me. I don’t think I pay attention to their scenes. Everybody else has had a ride on Addison, I guess he figures it’s his turn. Friends do tend to make good bed-fellows.
not that you asked me, but I am upset with the whole Maya pregnancy story line as well as Sam’s demands to get in Addy’s panties. I just don’t get why they have made him come across as so desperate to hit it. Then again, I don’t like Addison with whats his face either. In my world, Violet would be with whats his face (Tim Daly) and Charlotte and whats his face would be together. I hate however, how they seemed to have diminished Charlotte’s strength. As if she suddenly got stupid. Now she’s a sex therapist. I don’t like it. Wow. I think I am starting to not like the show.

Only one and it was actually from the Bachelorette show – Trista and Ryan got married and are still married with 2 kids. Other than that, all of the other Bachelor shows have been a huge BUST! Sort of like the 25/20 version of Flava of Love or For the Love of Ray-J LOL

Well, my daughter is still with us. The MICU doctors told us that we should give her comfort care. Well, she is still here. There was major drama between the MICU doctors and her cancer ones. The cancer doctors that are treating her were off the weekend and came back to find out we signed DNR papers. Well they told us that would try everything they can to help her. She is still very sick but keep her in your prayers.
Oh, praise God, praise God. God is good. We are praying for baby girl!!! Yes indeedi! I’m calling granny (family prayer warrior) right now!

JUST WOW!!!!!!!!!!! Momma just called me here at work bawling….i couldnt quite make out what she said, but i could hear that she said someone was dead. My heart immediately sank. All I could ask frantically was Who? Who’d you say. She said, ‘CHANCE!!!’ I believe i mentioned back in october when my mom got a new born foster child…well about a month back he went back with a relative. Mom say they found this pour lil 4 month old dead in his bed this morning….he battled the drugs in his system when he was first born due to his mom’s drug habit….he was actually starting to put on so much weight and look healthy…now he’s DEAD. Just WOW. My hearts heavy. Yall pray for his fam, my fam(we grew extremely close to him), and my mom, who was basically his mom. My heart’s heavy. Im out to lunch, bout to hit the gym to help release some of this tension. *fights back tears*

CBS News has confirmed that White House Social Secretary Desiree Rogers plans to step down next month.
Rogers told the Chicago Sun-Times, which first reported the story, that she plans “to explore opportunities in the corporate world.” Her possible resignation had been the subject of rumors for months.
A former corporate executive, Rogers took criticism for her role in Tareq and Michaele Salahi and Carlos Allen’s unauthorized entry into a state dinner amid reports that the White House did not have staff at security checkpoints. The White House turned down the House Homeland Security Committee when it requested she testify about her role in the incident.
The Chicago native and longtime friend of the Obamas has been working to make the White House more of a “people’s house” and has presided over 330 events in her time there, according to Sun-Times.
She said she “completed that work,” telling the newspaper that “our office has been able to lay the foundation for what will be known as the ‘people’s house’ and it has already taken shape.”
It’s a crime shame how they tried to pin this security disaster on that woman.
