*Wednesday night, Grey Goose and Alfre Woodard hosted a dinner at a private residence in Beverly Hills to celebrate African American women in film, including this year’s Best Actress Oscar Nominee Gabourey Sidibe.  

Attendees included actresses Taraji Henson, Viola Davis, Angela Basset, Ruby Dee, Nia Long, Tracee Ellis Ross, Jurnee Smollett, Regina Taylor, LaTanya Richardson, Margaret Avery, Tracee Ellis-Ross, Marianne Jean-Baptiste and more!

From 26 year old Gabourey Sidibe to the 86 year old Ruby Dee, a generation of esteemed actresses bonded.

At the event guests enjoyed a brief cocktail hour before sitting down to an intimate dinner with a diverse five-course French, Southern and Asian inspired meal prepared by Chef Jeanette Holley; paired with Grey Goose cocktails selected and created by Grey Goose attaché and Sommelier Christophe Namer.
