*With his UK visa freshly reactivated, Snoop Dogg has been added to the lineup for this year’s Glastonbury music festival, to take place June 23-27 in southwest England.

The rapper, who has been locked in a long battle with Britain’s border authorities over entry into the country, joins a roster that already includes headliners Stevie Wonder and Irish rock band U2.

“This is it” said organizer Michael Eavis on the festival’s Web site. “The most staggering line up to match the 40-year reputation of the festival.”

U2 will headline on the Pyramid Stage Friday, June 25 and will be joined by acts including British rapper Dizzee Rascal, Vampire Weekend, Snoop Dogg and Willie Nelson.

Saturday, Muse and Scissor Sisters are among the confirmed acts for the big stage while Wonder is due to be joined by Faithless and Slash Sunday.

Well over 100,000 people attend the festival each year.
