*Michael Jackson’s brother Randy is trying to allow fans access to the King of Pop’s private resting place in Forest Lawn Cemetery for the one-year anniversary of his death. But the idea is already being protested by the family of Michael’s next-door-neighbor, Clark Gable.
According to TMZ, Randy tweeted that he would do his best to get Jackson fans “beyond the gates of Forest Lawn” to pay their respects on June 25, which would go against Forest Lawn rules that bar non-family members from accessing the mausoleum where MJ, Gable and a few other celebs are buried.
Gable’s grandson, Clark Gable III, told TMZ that the mausoleum “wouldn’t be as sacred” if just anyone could go inside.
However, author Ronald J. Fields, grandson of W.C. Fields, who’s also buried there — says he thinks fans should be allowed inside because it would be “moving to them.”
