Beyonce in her video for "Why Don't You Love Me"

*A man who claims he was inconvenienced by a Beyonce video filming across the street from his Hollywood Hills home has sued the singer for nuisance and trespassing, claiming his privacy was invaded by unnecessary noise and crowds.

Philip Markowitz filed the lawsuit Friday in Los Angeles seeking $25,000 from Bey, a liability company and Dina Ciccotello, a production coordinator for the video shoot for “Why Don’t You Love Me.”

Markowitz claims his expectations of privacy in his upscale neighborhood were “shattered” on March 26 when the crew came in the morning and didn’t leave until 11 p.m., and that his driveway was repeatedly blocked.

Below, the video that caused the lawsuit.
