*Jenny McCarthy is following in the footsteps of Dr. Phil, Rachel Ray, Dr. Oz and Nate Berkus as the latest personality to sign a development deal with Oprah Winfrey’s Harpo Productions.

Harpo executives have yet to release a statement on the show’s content, but they insist it won’t be similar in format to “The Oprah Winfrey Show,” which will go off the air next year.

“We do not have anyone taking over for Oprah,” a Harpo spokeswoman tells the New York Post. “We do have a development deal with Jenny McCarthy. We are exploring possibilities across a number of platforms.”

Executives also have not said if McCarthy’s series will air on Winfrey’s new cable channel, the Oprah Winfrey Network (OWN).
