*A rep for Alicia Keys says the singer is fine after falling on stage at the Essence Music Festival last weekend.
The pregnant singer was performing in four-inch heels at the annual event in New Orleans when she slipped and fell on her behind.
“Alicia and baby are fine and all is well,” her spokesperson told Black Voices on Tuesday.
Keys, who is engaged to producer Swizz Beatz, is due to give birth this fall.

I guess after her unnecessary climb onto that piano on BET you really don’t know what these performers will do to capture the audiences attention AND headlines the next day. Glad to hear her and the baby are doing fine. Now maybe she’ll sit at that piano and play (she always looked awkward to me when she was trying to do anything else).
The person asking “did she mean to do that” was OBVIOUSLY a very young girl who has never been pregnant and doesn’t know that NO pregnant woman in the world would fall on purpose!

Glad to hear that she and baby are well, but she is gonna need to take her 6/7 inch heels down a few notches and watch her step when she comes from behind that piano. Her belly is pretty big at 4 months, so in a few months she won’t have a choice but to sit behind that piano….
She is almost 6 months now. That’s why she’s so huge.
