ESPN even spent an hour long special talking about this thing. But nothing is said until the one and only Charles Barkley has said it.
Yesterday, on the Dan LeBatard Show, he expressed his thoughts and feeling about the dramatic change and the hour long dedication to Lebron.
“I had a couple of problems about the special,” Barkley said. “Thank God I was in Canada and didn’t have to watch it, I thought that was stupid.”
Barkley also disclosed that he was “disturbed” by his decision because he believes “this thing has been planned all along.”
The NBA commentator was asked how James compared to legendary Michael Jordan. He said there basically is no comparison.
“This clearly takes him out of the conversation. He can win as much as he wants to. There would have been something honorable about staying in Cleveland and trying to win it as the man.”
