*The New York Daily News is reporting that Foxy Brown’s former therapist believes the rapper is suffering from a number of “issues” and needs to get professional help.

Brown was arrested in New York City earlier this week for allegedly violating a protective order to stay away from her neighbor Arlene Raymond, the woman Foxy was accused of beating with her Blackberry in a previous assault case.

“It doesn’t surprise me. She’s obviously got a lot of issues and needs ongoing help, and I hope she gets it,” the therapist, who remained anonymous, told the New York Daily News about Brown’s arrest.

The therapist also said Brown is struggling to launch a music comeback while coping with her hearing loss.

“I think she’s got a lot of frustration and a lot of sadness, and she’s trying to grab power where she can,” the therapist said.

Brown, whose real name is Inga Marchand, was arrested Wednesday and released shortly afterward on $5,000 bail.
