*EUR’s Lee Bailey spoke with CarltonJordan.com‘s Carlton Jordan Thursday about the explosive story of Montana Fishburne’s budding career in adult film – which his website broke earlier this week, followed by TMZ.com’s publishing of photo grabs from the film.

Jordan, who describes himself as “your friendly neighborhood paparazzi blogger,” claims Vivid Entertainment, the company releasing Montana’s sex tape, has some sort of deal with TMZ.com which gives the celebrity site first dibs on its “leaked” celebrity sex tapes – which aren’t really leaked.

“TMZ has a notorious relationship with Vivid because of this whole celebrity sex tape sort of promotional thing [that takes place] maybe once every two months, ever since the Kim Kardashian thing,” says Jordan.

He also claims that quotes TMZ claims are directly from Montana are actually from the publicity department at Vivid.

“All the quotes coming out of Montana’s camp are coming through a press release from Vivid,” Jordan claims. “So I don’t think she’s actually spoken with TMZ, and I don’t think those quotes are authentic ones.”

Montana Fishburne with Jeremy "J Pipes" Greene - her alleged boyfriend/pimp and co-star of her Vivid Entertainment-distributed sex tape

In an Aug. 2 TMZ post, Montana was quoted as telling the Web site directly, “[My dad] is very upset. I heard that he’s mad at me but I haven’t spoken to him yet. I feel pretty confident that I can work things out with him. …I think he wants to support me in everything I do, and though he sees this now as a negative, I believe in time he will view it as a positive.”

As for the infamous quote attributed to Montana, “I’ve watched how successful Kim Kardashian became and I think a lot of it was due to the release of her sex tape,” TMZ never suggested that the quote came from an interview directly with the budding porn star. It’s actually from a Vivid press release about the skin flick, however, Jordan believes the words are also from a company publicist, and not something Montana actually said.

“When I was talking to her friend in the video, she even says it doesn’t sound like something Montana would say,” Jordan said of the Kim K. quote.

“[Montana] stays in the house most of the time. She’s not doing any press, she’s not talking to anyone about it,” Jordan continued. “People are trying to reach me to get to her because they don’t know how to get in contact with her. There’s no publicist, there’s nobody. …So it really causes me to question, even with TMZ’s resources, how they could get in contact with her.”

CarltonJordan.com’s first story about Montana’s porn career was posted on July 29. Vivid Entertainment’s announcement of its Montana sex tape didn’t happen until a press release the following day. TMZ also posted its first story about the sex tape on July 30, along with embedded video of Carlton Jordan’s interview with Fishburne and Brian Pumper (who turned out to be her co-star in another risqué project unrelated to her Vivid release). Then on Aug 2, TMZ was the first to post screen grabs from the Vivid-distributed film.

According to Jordan, Vivid had to move up its alleged “leak” arrangement with TMZ because news of the tape was now gaining traction on the Internet via his CarltonJordan.com website.

“I know Vivid is angry because they wanted to control the publicity of it. They wanted to act like it was a leaked sex tape,” Jordan said. “Once we broke the story, it messed up their whole plan. So they’re on damage control. They’ve moved up their release date, they’re trying to spin it like she said she wanted to do it because of Kim Kardashian. I don’t believe she said that.”

Vivid will release the Montana Fishburne tape on Tuesday, Aug. 10. Meanwhile, Jordan says he’s gotten word that all of this publicity has led to a sex toy deal for Montana.
