*Looks like Michael Jordan’s sons made it rain all over Las Vegas last weekend before returning to college at the University of Central Florida.
Jeffrey, 21, and Marcus, 20, were in Sin City to take part in their dad’s fantasy basketball camp, which took place at the pricey Mirage Resort Casino.
While there, Marcus and Jeffrey, along with UCF point guard A.J. Rompza, racked up bills amounting to nearly $60,000 — and tweeted about it, according to the Orlando Sentinel.
Marcus Jordan posted on his Twitter account about the Knights players’ visits to Haze Nightclub and Liquid Pool Lounge at Aria Hotel and Casino City Center.
“Last night was stupid,” he tweeted. “… 35k at Haze… Totals 50k something the whole day.. Damn!! Going to the pool again today.. Gotta relax!”
Marcus also posted a Ustream video, and Jeff a Twitter video (watch below), from the Liquid Pool Lounge featuring all three basketball players. Jeff posted an additional video filmed inside Haze Nightclub, but he was the only Knight who could be identified in the short clip.
Jeff, who relayed via Twitter that his dad’s basketball camp cost between $13,500 and $15,000 per person, tweeted Sunday that he and Rompza were back in Orlando and ready for classes that began at UCF this week.
Rompza also wrote on his Twitter account Sunday night: “Starting the semester off good tomorrow. Workouts early cant wait. Its time to put UCF on the map for basketball! I want it.”
Celebrity websites TerezOwens.com and TaintedVegas.com posted updates about the Jordan brothers spending $56,000 in Las Vegas in one day. TerezOwens.com said Michael Jordan “caught wind of his son’s extravagant behavior” and the tweet disappeared soon after.
