*Prosecutors have dropped all but one charge against rapper Foxy Brown, who faced seven years in prison for violating a restraining order by confronting her neighbor.

Brown appeared in Brooklyn Criminal Court on Tuesday (Sept. 7) for a 1 minute 22 second hearing, reports the New York Daily News. There, she learned the grand jury failed to indict her on two felonies and three of four misdemeanors.

“I’m so happy, I’m just very happy,” said Brown, sporting a teal dress, dark sunglasses, a leopard print scarf and tan platform shoes. “Never once did I worry about this.”

Brown, whose real name is Inga Marchand, was arrested in July for allegedly cursing out and mooning her neighbor Arlene Raymond after running into her on a Prospect Heights street. Raymond had a restraining order against Brown after she said the rapper beamed her with a Blackberry in 2007.

Brown’s lawyer, Salvatore Strazzullo, said his client will face at worst community service for the single count of misdemeanor criminal contempt if convicted.
