*The Steve & Marjorie Harvey Foundation is hosting the Girls Who Rule the World Mentoring Weekend (GWRTW) today (Oct. 22) through Sunday to help teenage girls from diverse backgrounds successfully navigate the pressures and pitfalls of teenage life.

One hundred teenage girls will gather with Marjorie Harvey at the Omni CNN Center in Atlanta, GA for three days of interactive activities and seminars designed to inspire and motivate girls, while giving them the tools and guidance needed to be successful.

The weekend will be emceed by CBS News Correspondent/The Late Show with David Letterman Contributor, Shannon Eis and filled with an array of speakers and workshops led by notable female business leaders and entertainers including singer Keri Hilson, actress Terri Vaughn, and Essence magazine’s Mikki Taylor, among others.

The girls will be exposed to women who are leaders in their respective fields and will be given a blueprint for success in establishing and achieving long-term personal goals.
