*TMZ is reporting that Toni Braxton has just filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy in California, claiming she owes between $10 million and $50 million in unpaid bills all over the country.

Braxton’s financial problems date back to at least 1998, when she filed for bankruptcy for the first time. Earlier this year, the IRS filed a lien against her for $396k.

According to new documents uncovered by the website, the 43-year-old singer – who has sold more than 40 million albums in her career – claims to be worth between $1 million and $10 million.

The list of unpaid creditors cited in the filing range from Cedars-Sinai Medical Center and Wells Fargo Bank – to Tiffany & Co. and Neiman Marcus – to Orkin Pest Control.

Braxton also claims she may owe money to the City of L.A. Parking Violations Bureau — and the DMV in both California and Nevada.
