*An unknown person has launched a legal challenge against the recent prison sentence handed down to T.I.
According to TMZ, a person under the name “Citizens of the State of Atlanta Georgia” filed documents in federal court in Atlanta arguing that jailing the rapper for 11 months after he violated the terms of his parole would be a waste of tax dollars.
Signing the document “CSAG” (see photo below), the person proposes that T.I.’s jail sentence be tossed and that he go to rehab instead.
Neither the prosecution nor the star’s representatives claimed to know the identity of any members of the group and T.I.’s lawyer, Steve Sadow, stated that there were no plans to appeal the sentence.
The website adds that the man T.I. helped save from committing suicide has denied his involvement with the group.
Forget it! TI violated his probation palin and simple. I don’t see the judge tossing out his prison sentence.
Whatever! He would probably do less than half of that time anyhows!

No he needs to serve some time and maybe a lesson will be learned THIS TIME. Eleven months is a drop in the bucket I thought he would have been given way more time anyway.

If Lindsay Lohan’s stank ass can go to rehab for the 18th time after givin’ the finger to the judge and all; T.I.’s problem ain’t half as bad as that fallin’ down addict, then T.I. can go the ‘rehab’ route too!! WTF???? He does more good for folk than that drunken ass cow anyway. Why the double standard for him!?
Ah, newsflash Mothership; Lindsay Lohan ain’t a 7 or 8 time felon, Lindsay Lohan wasn’t give less than a year prison sentence for being a felon in posession of firearms including machine guns & silencers ALL WHILE ON PROBATION AT THE TIME OF THAT ARREST, and Lindsey Lohan was the one who decided to violate probation after already dodging what should’ve & would’ve been an at least 20 year sentence for 99% of us!!
Sure Lindsey’s ass should be sent to prison, but if there were only one prison cell left & I had to decide on sending Lindsey Lohan or T.I.’s ass to prison judging strictly off of their criminal records, it would be a no-brainer for me!! T.I. all day, everyday!!
