*Gucci Mane is back in trouble, this time with the city of Atlanta. He was charged with a few different things, including driving on the wrong side of the road, without a license, damaging government property, obstruction, and running a red light or stop sign. Can someone say “reckless!”
According to an Atlanta Police Department spokesperson, Gucci had to be pepper sprayed in order for police to arrest him. He was taken to Grady Memorial Hospital, and later to Fulton County Jail.
This comes as somewhat of a surprise. Gucci was released from jail recently after serving a six-month sentence for violating his parole. Upon his release, he made a statement that definitely looks null and void at this point:
“I have made some mistakes in my life that have hurt a lot of people who care about me. I have worked very hard to get past them, but those mistakes have brought me to where I am today, and they will not be repeated,” he told reporters in a prepared statement. “These past six months have been a difficult time, but fortunately I have learned a great deal from my experience. I was able to do a great deal of soul searching; I am coming out with a new attitude towards life.”
Like they say, action speaks louder than words, Gucci Mane.
