*Michael Vick returned to the NFL with a vengeance. This week he was named the NFC Offensive Player of the Week for the second straight week.
USA Today reports, the honor comes after Vick’s six-TD performance (four passes, two rushes) in the Philadelphia Eagles’ 59-28 win at Washington.
Also, the Pro Football Hall of Fame requested that Vick surrender his game jersey from Monday’s game. The Hall of Fame will display the jersey in honor of Vick’s historic achievement.
Vick has made his mark in the NFL, becoming the first player in history to throw for 300 yards, rush for 50 yards, throw four touchdown passes and rush for two in one game.
