*Jerell Scott’s face has been seen all over the L.A. fashion scene, let alone the nation’s TV screen in his stint of Project Runway. Now the former finalist will bring his sense of fashion and connections in the big industry to assist the at-risk youth at this charitable fashion fundraiser!

On Sunday, November 14 at 2 p.m., Fashion with A Purpose 2010 will be hosted by jazz musician and NAACP Image Award winner Marcus Johnson, CNN Legal Analyst Sunny Hostin and FOX 5 DC reporter Wisdom Martin.

The entertainment for the event will be a captivating performance by the Ailey Fordham BFA Dancers, complimentary hors d’oevres and drinks, a private VIP jazz lounge reception with saxophonist Brian Lenair, a live and silent auction, a personal fashion consultation and an onsite shopping suite.

Tickets are still on sale for this event, with prices ranging from $150-$225. Scott has brought together eight other world-class designers to support the empowerment of high-risk young girls through ongoing mentorship programs, academic enrichment, and self-esteem enhancement. They will also provide cosmetology training and business skills to the women of Sierra Leone.
