  1. Cremated! Is this an attempt to destroy any evidence of foul play? Hum…

Uh, is that your FAILED attempt at a joke?

  3. It is a question raised because it takes weeks for a toxicology report to come back. When someone that young dies from no apparent causes, the destruction of the body should not be allowed to occur so soon.

You watch waaaay too much TV. There’s absolutely no reason in this case to dig up any dirt or stir up any drama. There won’t be any justice served by knowing, and it won’t change the fact that she’s gone. Cremation was her choice, as is the choice of many, including myself. Please let her rest, and let people experience their grief, in peace without all the celebrity drama.

  5. My heart goes out to her daughter. RIP, Teena Marie – you will definitely be missed by your fans.

  6. I know I’m late replying but I was out on Christmas break. I guess it was meant for me to find out on ABC News about the passing of Teena Marie. I normally don’t watch network news at the time of day but for some reason I turned to it when a commercial came on the channel I was watching. Shocked, to say the least I had a flashback to the first time I heard her and pictured a African-American sister with braids and big hoop earrings. I was surprised to find out Teena was what my mother called “blue-eyed soul”. I was a fan from day one. My sincerest condolences go out to the Brockert family. Rest in Peace Lady Tee! The funks on me!
