*Tonight on CNBC’s “American Greed” self-proclaimed real estate guru, er, scam artist Troy Titus is profiled. He’s supposedly conned several clients out of millions via ponzi schemes.
One of his victims included award winning music producer Teddy Riley. In the clip below, Riley admits it wasn’t the first time he was tricked.

And what makes me even less symphatic is the fact that their a small-time honest black investment agencies out here who rich black folk pass right buy in their Rolls Royces on 20s. If a mofo tells you they can triple your money in a week run like hell is all I’m trying to say.
