*Lil Kim is taking no prisoners. Even as she brought in the New Year, she had to lay it out there for 2011 and diss Keyshia Cole and Nicki Minaj one more time.
Actually, a couple of weeks ago Kim told Hot 97’s Angie Martinez that she had no beef with Minaj. However, the Queen Bee spewed some fiery lyrics against the rising star on New Year’s Eve at the Hippodrome in Springfield, Mass:
“I think this other b—- got a song with Keyshia Cole, right,” Kim began. “Coming at me and the motherf—in’ other queen, Mary J. Blige. Me and my girl Mary J. Blige about to eat these b—-es alive where they won’t even f—ing exist no more and erase their f—ing social security number! We gon’ remind them who the f— we are! I’m not playing with this b—- for 2011. I’m saying, we can rock together but, b—-, you ain’t taking nothing from me!”
Despite Kim’s lofty claims of “no beef,” she’s been taking her shots at the Young Money signee for a while now and recently released her diss record, “Black Friday” saying, “It’ll be a murder scene! I’m turning ‘Pink Friday’ into Friday the 13th!”
She then said she was going to release a diss featuring Mary J. Blige. But just yesterday, Kim retracted her statements via press release. Apparently Mary J put a bug in Kim’s ear to leave her out the mess. When she wants drama, she’ll create her own. After all, she is Mary J. Blige, the Queen of Drama.
Anyway, backtracking, Lil Kim’s camp, put out the following release:
“Contrary to circulating reports, hip-hop icon Lil’ Kim will not be releasing a diss record with Mary J. Blige,” the press release revealed. “During the performance, Lil’ Kim spoke out about how she felt about Keyshia Cole and Nicki Minaj’s song ‘I Aint Thru.’ She did not insinuate a collaborative diss record. There will be no ‘diss’ track.”
