*”Law & Order: SVU” star Tamara Tunie is looking for a little justice of her own. The actress is claiming her former business manager has bamboozled her.
Joe Cilibrasi, who is not a CPA, is being accused of stealing $1.48 million from the actress and classical music conductor Michael Stern to produce a Broadway musical.
The “accountant” was the financial backer of the Tony Award winning musical, “Spring Awakening.” Tunie was also a producer. A few other productions had Cilibrasi’s name on them as well, reports BlackVoices’ Jawn Murray.
But on Dec. 23, 2010, he denied all accusations in a Manhattan Supreme Court. He is currently being held on a $100,000 bond.
Prosecution claims the alleged sleaze ball was writing checks to himself from clients’ accounts.
The history goes on and on about this guy. Tunie claims he went as far as posing as her spouse to get a credit card on her dime back in ’02.
Tunie finally caught on to Cilibrasi’s slimy ways when she hired a new accountant last year.

That’s a lot of money for a working actress. I hope she get’s it back.
Well good. I’ll bet if some hardworking trying to get on their feet black person would’ve asked her to invest with them she’d of not so kindly said, “nigga please!!” Surely there was an African American that she could’ve did business with, but black folk act like the only folk that are trustworthy enough to put their money in with are white folk!!
