*A Tennessee based gospel group was saved on Saturday after a flat tire sent the group’s tour bus off the road and into flames.
Tribute Quartet was traveling to their next performance in Texarkana when the tragedy occurred. Firefighters were able to help the group before anyone got hurt.
The accident of course attracted a lot of passersby, which cased a lot of traffic. Emergency response units took extra precaution as flames were endangering human lives not only the passengers, but the slowing cars in traffic. Beyond that, they had to be mindful of the risk of the gas tank sending the scene into an inferno.
Fortunately, no one was hurt, but the bus was not salvageable. Tribute Quartet has canceled their next two performances in Texarkana and Searcy, Arkansas.
