*Halle Berry may be bracing for another custody fight with baby daddy Gabriel Aubry – this time over a Broadway play she may star in later this year.
Although no official casting announcement has been made, the New York Post reported in July that Berry and Samuel L. Jackson will topline Katori Hall’s The Mountaintop, which received a 2010 Laurence Olivier Award nomination for Best Play.
The production, which imagines a meeting between an enigmatic hotel maid and Martin Luther King, Jr. the night before his assassination, would cast Jackson as MLK and Berry as the maid.
According to TMZ, “Gabriel is ready to raise the same stink he made over Halle going to NYC to film ‘New Year’s Eve.’”
As previously reported, Gabriel was shot down when he asked the judge to prohibit Halle from taking their daughter Nahla to New York for the “New Year’s Eve” shoot — which will last one week.
“The Mountaintop” is scheduled to run for about four months.

The party was hosted by Harvey Weinstein. The couple posed for the cameras inside the event, which was for the fashion house Dior.
So is she never supposed to work again? And if she does, she has to pay him? Who’s her lawyer that’s letting this go down like this?

This situation with Halle and Gabriel is starting to soudn messy again. I thought this was resolved. DANG!! I sincerly hope for Nahla’s sake her parents can stop acting like children and be the adults they are supposed to be and help raise her together.
If she’s there for 4 months, Nahla spends two months with her mother and two months with her father, problem solved. Frankly, the first time it should not have been a big deal for Halle to leave the child with her father for a week while she shoot a movie. If she wanted to have 100% say over everything in the child’s life,she should have gone to a sperm bank.
Halle doesn’t know how to deal with people because she was used to getting her way. Does she think this man won’t miss his child? Does she think she has total say over the child? She’s a selfish something and she needs to realize she’s going to have to compromise.

Halle did not give Gabriel any rights to see his daughter 9 only if she was present ) so he took it to court. Halle than got nasty called racist and a unfit parent. She was suppose to go to NYC for a longer period and Gabriel wanted to look after his daughter, she took him to court and got the right to take her daughter with her but Gabriel got the right to see his daughter. So he put his career on hold until this gets sorted out. This should not be about colour but a fathers right to see his daughter.
I think the MEDIA is more worried about this than Halle Berry is.
Garbriel “applied” for his name to be placed on the birth certificate instead of putting his name on that birth certificate immediately after the child was BORN. The judge correctly looked at Gabriel side-eyed. HALLE is the custodial parent and can do as she chooses.
THIS IS NON-STORY AND A WASTE OF SPACE THAT COULD BE DEVOTED TO SOMETHING ELSE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
