*ESPN has announced it will provide coverage across all platforms of the perjury trial of home-run champion Barry Bonds starting Monday in San Francisco.

Among those contributing to the network’s coverage will be investigative reporters Mark Fainaru-Wada, credited with exposing the BALCO steroid scandal while writing for the San Francisco Chronicle, and T.J. Quinn, who prior to joining ESPN broke numerous stories involving BALCO as part of the New York Daily News’ sports investigative team.

Joining them in San Francisco will be legal analyst Roger Cossack, who has worked as a prosecutor in Los Angeles County, argued in front of the U.S. Supreme Court, and has covered trials involving O.J. Simpson, Kobe Bryant, and Michael Vick, and ESPN.com writer and reporter Lester Munson, who specializes in legal affairs and investigations.
