*They’re switching things up over at “Entertainment Tonight” and “The Insider.”

Effective Monday, Kevin Frazier will leave “ET” to join “The Insider” as weekday co-anchor while Chris Jacobs from “The Insider” will move to “ET” as a correspondent. Also, Nancy O’Dell will replace Mary Hart on “ET.”

“It took me a minute to digest it all,” Frazier told The Hollywood Reporter. “We’re all in the same building. So even though it’s two different shows, it’s one big happy family.”

Frazier will co-host “The Insider,” a spin-off of “ET,” with Lara Spencer, with whom he says he has a “great relationship” and shares Los Angeles Lakers tickets.

Entertainment blog Deadline.com notes that this is the first time an African American has co-hosted a Monday-Friday syndicated entertainment news magazine in 3 decades, since Ahmad Rashad anchored Entertainment Tonight. (Shaun Robinson co-hosts the weekend edition of Access Hollywood.)

Before he joined “ET” in 2004, Frazier was an ESPN SportsCenter co-host.

Congratulations Kevin.
