*After his divorce and her remarriage, Russell Simmons sold their beautiful New Jersey mansion. Perhaps he was hard up for money or he just wanted to rid of it and didn’t care about the price because it went at a significantly lower fee than originally marked.
Homes of the Rich reported the 35,000 square foot edifice – that includes a 50-seat theater and indoor pool – was originally marked for $24 million. But it sold for less than half at a measly $10 million on Feb. 15.
Yikes.
I remember seeing the tour of that home on Cribs. That house is dumb nice! Whoever bought that house got a steal since it went that low.
I seen the tour of it on cribs also and I seen pics of the interior in a magazine. It is a beautiful house.
