*Carmelo and La La Anthony have snapped up a penthouse duplex at the Hit Factory Condominium, the former recording studio where Stevie Wonder, Mick Jagger, Diana Ross and Notorious B.I.G. all laid down tracks, reports the New York Post.

The Knicks star and his reality-TV wife have already moved into the building at 421 W. 54th St., between Ninth and 10th avenues, sources say. The couple’s moving vans were spotted outside last week.

Melo and La La have inked a one-year lease at the address where John Lennon spent his final hours and Bruce Springsteen recorded “Born in the USA.”

The studios were converted into a seven-story, 27-unit condo development, with six penthouse duplexes, in 2007.
