*Rapper/actor Romeo escaped injury Thursday night after getting into a car accident in Los Angeles as he drove to a charity event.
The entertainer, currently competing on “Dancing with the Stars,” was driving his Porsche en route to Audubon Middle School (off of Martin Luther King Blvd. on 11th Ave.) to donate a batch of computers to students.
Romeo – real name Percy Miller – was not injured in the accident. His Porsche, however, sustained damage to the front bumper.
Confirming the incident on Twitter.com, Romeo wrote: “Got (in) my 1st wreck today. What a way to start the day off. The Porsche is done… I realised bad things only happen so that you’ll realise how blessed u (sic) truly are. Things can always be worst (sic). I Love life…”
I’m glad he is okay.
Maybe he needs to stay away from DWTS.
