*On top of Kobe Bryant’s problems from the past couple of days comes news that he is no longer the most popular NBA basketball player, well at least in jersey sales.
LeBron James’ No. 6 Miami Heat jersey is the league’s top seller for 2010-11, which means he knocks Bryant’s down to No. 2. But the drop comes after two years of the Lakers’ star sitting pretty in the top spot. James is number one again for the first time since his rookie year in 2004.
In other news , the attorney for the valet who is suing LeBron’s mom for assault and battery, told TMZ that during the confrontation, Gloria James allegedly said to the valet, “You don’t know who I am, you fu**ing n**ger. Tomorrow, you won’t have a job”
Angela L. Cohn, the attorney for valet Rockfeller Sorel, said Gloria James spewed the hateful remark just as the confrontation became physical. Gloria James was arrested after the incident, and as we reported yesterday, the valet is now suing her.
Hopefully things will work out in Gloria’s favor. A friend saw the video on TMZ and said the man involved appeared to be the agressor to the point of deliberately bumping into her and she fought her azz off afterwards…somethng he probably didn’t expect.

Melody, I think not only could it work out in her favor, but it could blow up in that idiot’s face.
He’s really pushing his luck. The suit doesn’t have much merit, as is, based on injuries inflicted. If there was any contact, it certainly didn’t cause enough injury to warrant even a hospital visit. So now he is going to include racial slurs, even though they are of the same race.
This could end up being classified as frivolous, and all he’s going to end up getting is a large bill from his lawyer.
