*A lawyer for Washington Redskins defensive lineman Albert Haynesworth has entered a not guilty plea on his behalf to a charge of sexual abuse.
Haynesworth’s lawyer entered the plea for his client during an arraignment hearing this morning in Superior Court in DC.
The NFL player, who was not present at the hearing, is accused of sliding his credit card into the bra of a waitress and touching her breast during a birthday party at a hotel in February.
Haynesworth’s lawyer has said his client is innocent and will fight the charge, reports the AP.
The waitress should not have agreed to him putting the card in front of her blouse in hte first place, a simple I will come back for the card in a minute would of avoided this issue.
He probably did molest that lady, HELL he RAPED the Redskins!!! Gave him all that money for his Bi### AZZ to bad mouth the team and not show up for practices and when he did, he looked like a leapin lump of Lard! WE GOT SCREWED without LUBE(redskins 4 life lol)!! But I digress. Even if he didn’t do it, he still should get locked up by virtue of pure ignorance… gonna say he “don’t like black women”, and she (the waitress) “is just jealous cause he was with a white girl”. After he pay for his lawyers, I hope he have just enough left over to buy a clue!! BUSTA!

Google his name and include ‘black girl’ to learn what his defense is “I don’t even like black girls…can’t tell you when I’ve dated one…she’s just mad my girlfriend is white…the black girl wanted to get with me – that’s what this is all about” etc etc.
The accuser is a full time university student working at the W part-time. He played an old trick telling her she must take his card immediately once he noticed both her hands were full of dishes from cleaning off a table. He hates black women and his treatment of her is a direct reflection of it. Telling the investigators how he felt about black women could prove the charges against him. Don’t stand by this goon!

We figured that we would point that out for you, since thinking before speaking — or just plain thinking — doesn’t seem to be one of your strengths.”
The comment from theroot says it all:
“It always amazes me when I hear black men make these comments against black women. The wall of stereotypes these black men create against black women today is the same wall their biracial daughters will have to face tomorrow. Think about it. You will have to answer questions as she is teased about the texture of her hair and the color of her skin. You will have to console her as she cries about feelings of inadequacies. Its fine if you prefer to date outside of your race but please don’t add to the humiliation faced by black women each day by adding to these misguided stereotypes.”
Then the police tried to interview Haynesworth about the incident. This is what he told them, according to court papers:
“I know what this is about, she is just upset I have a white girlfriend. I couldn’t tell you the last time I dated a black girl. She was trying to get with me.”
Melody, I’m wondering if you was also dumb enough to say this to a white police.
Reds, I’m sure he was proud to utter those words to a white cop. Now imagine what he’ll teach his biracial kids because he wouldn’t dare place a black one on this earth.
Had the woman not accepted the card swiped down her breasts then commenced to pulling it out in order to charge it, I would fell something for her.
However, according to the same court documents, she allowed him to put the card there and took it out on her own. Then she decided she didn’t like it.
Her fault for allowing him to treat her that way.
Sayin that he doesn’t like black girls proves nothing either way. It does show that he’s an idiot tho.

According to the reports the waitress had her hands full. She could not stop him with her hands and was probably afraid to try to duck or move. Maybe she didn’t want to call more attention to herself by speaking out as I’m sure she was embarrassed enough. Also, she may have simply been in shock or disbelief that it was even happening. I was sexually harrassed at my first real job straight out of college. I was touched inapppropriately and when it happened I was so taken aback and shocked I froze. I was mortified. Just because I didn’t move out of the way or slap his hand away or say something or cuss him out or whatever, does NOT mean that I wanted it to happen or that I deserved it. This “victim blaming” is the main reason alot of women keep quiet when they are assaulted. It takes absolved the person who commits the assualt from any responsibility.
She also asked him to wait a sec while so she could run and unload those dishes…but naw he couldn’t wait. He knew exactly what he was doing and a big fat phuck like that is somewhat intimidating. He wanted to put this girl down and make her feel like dirt. His day is coming! It ALL these things that make black women want to lash out when folks try to make us acquiesce to this type of disrespect and BS.
