*The official cast for the LA spinoff of VH1’s “Basketball Wives” has been announced.
Premiering Aug. 29, the new installment will follow actual “wives,” unlike much of the Miami-based original.
The new cast features Kimsha Artest, wife of Los Angeles Laker Ron Artest; Jackie Christie, wife of Doug Christie, former player for the Los Angeles Clippers; and Imani Showalter, ex-fiancée of Charlotte Bobcats’ Stephen Jackson.
Also former Miami cast member Gloria Govan, fiancée of Laker Matt Barnes, will star in the LA series, alongside her sister Laura Govan.

Well I guess this show will have actual wives…still not watching.
LOL!!! I do not blame you Diva all these wives are going ot do is act jsut like the Miami crew and sip on their little drinks and gossip about the other wives and end up getting into a fight to add drama.
I only count 2 wives and the other ones are not wives so it’s still a partial fantasy LOL!
