*Before it could be released in stores, Beyonce’s long anticipated fourth album, “4,” leaked. Yes, that’s right… if you Google the album, you might find her new playlist.

But there isn’t anything she can do about it now. It’s out. So the singer looks at things a little different than most would in the situation.

“My music was leaked and while this is not how I wanted to present my new songs, I appreciate the positive response from my fans,” the singer wrote.

“When I record music I always think about my fans singing every note and dancing to every beat. I make music to make people happy and I appreciate that everyone has been so anxious to hear my new songs.”

Despite the early unofficial release, Bey was actually excited that her music has reached the hands of her fans, particularly her collaboration with Andre 3000, “Party.”

Several others slithered past the official stamp, including “Countdown” which samples the Boyz II Men tune, “Uhh Ahh,” as well as her Fela Kuti tribute, “End of Time.”

The official release date for “4” is set for June 28.
