*Chatsworth, CA – Nephew Tommy (aka Thomas Miles), one of the stars of the syndicated “Steve Harvey Morning Show” (7 million listeners daily), will release his debut stand-up comedy special “Just My Thoughts” on DVD and digital download July 26th.

Produced by Melee Entertainment in association with Swirl Films and Image Entertainment’s urban division One Village Entertainment, “Just My Thoughts” has an SRP of $14.98 with a pre-book date of June 28th.

The deal was brought to Melee and Image by executive producers Stefani Schmacker and Kevin Stolper of Stolper Entertainment, and by Joe Carlone of King Paterno Holmes & Berliner. Nephew Tommy’s company, TNT Entertainment, is also executive producing.

Slamming back to back sold out shows around the country, Nephew Tommy brings his fresh, take no prisoners live comedy show to Detroit for a night of laughs that brings the house down. Covering a wide range of topics including Barack Obama, Bishop Eddie Long, marriage and relationships Tommy leaves the audience begging for a whole lot more.

“If you think I’m funny on The Steve Harvey Morning Show wait until you see my comedy special! There are no FCC regulations holding me back. It’s just a mic, my thoughts and the spotlight so get ready to fall out of your seats!” Said Nephew Tommy.

“Just My Thoughts” had its World Television Premiere on June 19th on Centric. Tommy also appears nightly on Centric as the Steve Harvey Show airs the best of that morning’s show.

In 2010, Tommy hosted the Essence Music Festival, which drew 300,000 fans and featured acts such as Janet Jackson, Alicia Keys and Mary J. Blige. Based on his success at the festival, Tommy has again been asked to host the 2011 Essence Music Festival, which is taking place in New Orleans on July 1st-3rd (www.essencemusicfestival.com).
