LeBron James at post game press conf. after game 3 of 2011 NBA finals

*The post game action of the 2011 NBA finals is proving to be just as dramatic as the games themselves. Case in point: At the press conference Sunday night following Miami’s 88-86 win over Dallas, a reporter named Gregg Doyel of CBSsports.com went in on LeBron James only to end up getting get schooled.

Doyel: LeBron, um, three games in a row – not much. That’s the moment superstars become superstars, seems like you’re almost shrinking from it. What’s going on?

James: I think that you’re concentrating on one side of the floor, and, you know, all you’re looking at is the stat sheet. Honestly, I’m a two-way player, tonight, (for) instance, D-Wade had it going offensively, so we allowed him to handle the ball. We allowed him to bring us home offensively. Um, you should watch the film again and see what I did defensively, and you ask me a better question tomorrow.

Besides letting Doyel know what time it is, James is also signaling that, offensively, he’s deferring to Dwyane Wade, who’s really running the show. Watch it below:
