There are foreclosed homes in every type of community and if people start doing their research, it appears they can be in a nice home with little to no money down … ever!
Foreclosed homes have been easy prey for squatters, but squatters have been removed once the jig is up (and even that isn’t that easy due to something called “squatter’s rights”).
But one Texas man is reaping the benefits of his informal education on Texas law. He walked in a $330,000 home and took up residency, but his new neighbors aren’t being neighborly at all. (more…)

Hell I’m glad for the brother, society has folks conditioned around money so that there can be a divide and folk fall right into that shit like sheep. As far as I’m concerned, there should be free healthcare, housing and education. Any idiot who pays $330,000 or so for any house is a damn fool. Big ups to the brother!!
