Charges Dropped Against Foxy Brown over Mooning Incident

*Rapper Foxy Brown has gotten away with mooning.

The artist escaped misdemeanor criminal contempt charges stemming from a confrontation with her neighbor that was thought to have violated her probation.

Brown, real name Inga Marchand, was first accused of harassing her New York City neighbor Arlene Raymond and hitting her in the face with her cell phone in 2008. The rapper later pleaded guilty and was issued an order of protection.

The rap star was accused of violating that order when she allegedly bared her booty and shouted obscenities at Raymond during an altercation in July 2010.

Today, Supreme Court Justice John Walsh ruled in favor of Brown, who had pleaded not guilty to criminal contempt. She was cleared of all wrong-doing, according to the Associated Press.

This hoodrat will only go out and do get into trouble again and keep doing it as long as she continues to get away with it. Skanky- I mean Foxy is way too old for this type of behavior but she is a product of her environment.

  2. You would think that prosecutors have better things to do with tax payer’s money than to prosecute someone for that.

We need more judges like this.

I hope she takes this act of mercy on the courts to get her shi* together and sit her azz down! But, I do believe the forces of nature will have this clown getting into trouble again – because she seeks attention for the wrong reason. If only she could devote time to creating her music, maybe she would be once more relevant!
