*The tables are turned now and the ball is in Foxy Brown’s court.
Brown’s lawyer, Salvatore Strazzullo says the plaintiff, Arlene Raymond was lying about the incident from the start.
“Our big ace in the hold is she [Foxy] wasn’t wearing any underwear,” Strazzullo told the New York Daily News in reference to Raymond’s claim that she had seen Brown’s underwear when she allegedly lifted her skirt and exposed her hind parts.
The two have a long history stemming from a 2007 incident in which the rapper struck her neighbor with her Blackberry. Form then on, the NYC residents have been back and forth.
