*TMZ is reporting that DMX has been caught in his Arizona prison cell with drugs.
The rapper is currently serving a year in prison for violating a probation he received after being charged with reckless driving in 2002.
A rep for the prison wouldn’t specify the kind of drugs that were found on the artist, whose real name is Earl Simmons, but law enforcement sources say the 40-year-old has been in trouble numerous times with officials.
According to records, DMX has broken several rules in the Yuma state prison since January – most notably, drug possession, failing or refusing a drugs test, smoking, being disrespectful to staff, and disruptive and disorderly contact.
He was due to be released tomorrow (July 13), but due to his recent disciplinary infractions he is likely to remain in prison for at least another week and “possibly much longer,” according to TMZ.
What a complete fool. DMX is way too old for this stupidity. He knows the drill in prison yet he was caught with drugs anyway. How many trips to prison will it take for him to finally get himself together. He had a promising career in music and movies and he blew it.
I dont believe it. If you see the video of him on Youtube, they actually had him by himself in the court room and cameras were in the court room. He was like why is it that cameras are in here? How is that allowed? That kept telling him to be quiet.

i use to care but now i dont give a damm, now im gettin older and most of my favorite artist and celebs have or are skrewing up. and waiting on there return is just gettin me sick..im almost sick of hearing remember so an so bak then thinkin now they would be doin better. fuk em all, there not worth it anymore…..they would rather somke dope, snort cocain, drink expensive liquor, shoot up flaunt ther egos around to the less fortunate who got them there whatever than take care of ther families…with all that damm success$.bye!!{
