*During her appearance on “Good Morning America” today, Tyra Banks took time to plug the upcoming 17th cycle of “America’s Next Top Model,” an all-stars version that will see some of the most memorable contestants from past cycles returning for a second chance.

Speaking to Robin Roberts, Banks said: “I have girls from cycle one until now – the fan favorites. I am editing the show right now and it is crazy. They are all these Type A personalities because you are getting the best of the best and they are effervescent and they pop.”

The CW has yet to officially confirm which former “America’s Next Top Model” stars will be returning.

Banks went on to tease what viewers can expect when the new cycle premieres in September, saying: “I have them singing songs, doing music videos, creating perfumes… You can’t just be a model anymore.”

She added: “If I tried to start modeling right now I wouldn’t be a supermodel because it’s all about celebrity. That’s why I am doing all-stars.”

Banks was on “GMA” to promote her debut novel Modelland – the first in a three-part series – and reveal its cover art.

Banks told Roberts that the book revolves around an exclusive school that creates supermodels called Intoxibellas in the magical fantasy world of Modelland, focusing on four girls who gain entry despite not looking like conventional models.

The former supermodel is also attending Harvard Business School, where she lives in dorms with her fellow students.
