*Rapper Lil Wayne is in some hot water again after another rapper (Rich Rick) filed a lawsuit against him for a song he allegedly stole.

According to the lawsuit filed in the L.A. County Superior Court, Weezy stole the song “How to Love.” Also named in the suit is the production team, Drummer Boyz.

Rick says he bought the beat for the song years ago, before the Boyz sold it to Wayne.

Alleging fraud and breach of contract, Rick is seeking whatever money the producers were promised under their deal with Wayne, as well as 10 percent interest.

But this is just another suit on the list for Weezy. It comes just weeks after the production company Done Deal Enterprises hit the Universal Music Group, Young Money, Ent, and Cash Money Records with a %15 million copyright-infringement suit.

In other Lil ,Wayne news …

While the rapper was out trying to enjoy his own after party to his concert in a Montreal nightclub on Wednesday night, he was having a hard time breathing. Not from the smoke in the air, or an ailment. Someone released pepper spray in the air.

According to reports, he along with everyone else were forced to evacuate the building when the chemical agent lachrymatory, which causes eye irritation, tears, pain and temporary blindness, was let out through the air ducts. No one has been called a suspect.
