*Preceding tonight’s official announcement of the new “Dancing With the Stars” cast, here’s a list of the names that have been leaked over the past several weeks:
Chaz Bono (the show’s first transgendered contestant), Ryan O’Neal, legal analyst Nancy Grace, Rob Kardashian, George Clooney’s ex-girlfriend Elisabetta Canalis, actor David Arquette, “Laguna Hills” star Kristin Cavallari, former talk show host/actress Ricki Lake, singer Chynna Phillips, Iraq war veteran and actor J.R. Martinez and Los Angeles Lakers player Ron Artest.
The cast will be officially announced during tonight’s episode of ABC’s reality show “Bachelor Pad.” The new season begins on Sept. 19.
Chaz Bono, the only child of singers Cher and Sonny Bono, recently underwent a female-to-male sex change which was chronicled in the TV documentary “Finding Chaz.” Rob Kardashian, the brother of reality TV stars Kim, Kourtney and Khloe — will follow Kim’s 2008 “DWTS” run, which resulted in an 11th place finish.
