*A judge has dismissed a lawsuit against LeBron James from the man who claims to be his biological father, reports TMZ.
Leicester Bryce Stovell sued LeBron and his mother Gloria last year claiming they defamed him, blocked him from making money and tampered with paternity test results that showed he was not LeBron’s father.
According to TMZ, a Washington, DC judge has dismissed all eight claims in Stovell’s lawsuit. In the docs, the court said Stovell had insufficient facts to support his claims, and “had not identified any damages.”
As for Stovell’s belief he could have earned big money, the court said, “Apparently Stovell believes that companies are willing to pay him for being the father of LeBron James.” Tthe court once again said Stovell has no proof to back that claim.
Stovell, a lawyer who claims a one-night stand with Gloria led to her pregnancy with LeBron, tells TMZ he still thinks there is “a likelihood” that he is the NBA star’s biological father, and he wants to retake a DNA test.
He also says he might appeal the dismissal.
the lawsuit shouldn’t have even made it to an in-box…………what should be on the judge’s desk is charge of child-rape and to be added to the list of sex offenders.

Hmmm…where to start on this.
1 – He may be Lebron’s father as they look very much alike.
2 – Before he even THINKS about collecting a check, the judge should order him backpay 18 years worth of child support, plus interest.
3 – This jackass really thinks someone is going to pay him for being a deadbeat dad? For what? Some salty gossip? He neither knows Lebron or his mama, nor anything about their lives. What’s to pay for?
4 – This guy is scum of the earth. He’s interested in pursuing a lawsuit regarding LOSING MONEY but hasn’t tried to make up for possibly not being a father to his son.
