*Big Sean is clear and free to go.

The rapper was arrested in August after a woman filed a complaint of sexual abuse against him. The incident supposedly took place after a concert in Lewiston, NY.

He didn’t get off with nothing, however. Legally named Sean Anderson, the rapper pleaded guilty to a lesser charge and paid $750 in fines.

Fellow Detroit emcee, Willie Hansbro was also charged with forcible touching, unlawful imprisonment and sex abuse after the same concert.

Of course Sean’s lawyer, Scott Leemon, hoped that he would be completely vindicated, the bright side is, he’s free and clear.

“I am pleased to announce that after further investigation the Niagara County District Attorney’s Office decided not to pursue any of the sexual misconduct allegations against Mr. Anderson,” Leemon told XXLMag.com. “As a result in order to get this entire ordeal behind him Mr. Anderson agreed to plead guilty to a misdemeanor charge of unlawful imprisonment with a $750 fine. Mr. Anderson regrets any misunderstandings that occurred that day and reiterates he did not engage in any type of sexual misconduct.”
