*Marlon Wayans might be coming back to the small screen real soon.
According to Deadline.com, the actor wrote, will executive produce, and star in a new comedy series, which is still in the making at ABC Studios.
It’s been 16 years since Wayans co-created and co-starred in the long running WB comedy series, “The Wayans Bros.”
The new show will follow a similar theme.
The comedy, which has an odd couple/buddy cop comedy feel to it, centers on two brothers, both cops. Having fallen down on his luck, one of them moves in with his brother and his family. Wayans will play the married brother.
Stay tuned as more develops.

They Wayans family will NEVER be funny for me! I’ll NEVER forget when they did the comedy skit on Altovese Davis, widow of Sammy Davis, Jr. When Sammy died he was in deep trouble with the IRS and they came in took his house and furniture. The Wayans spoofed this by having their sister play Altovese crying while moving men are coming in taking out furniture. This woman just lost her husband, house and livelihood and scumbodies are makin’ fun of her? Some sh*t just ain’t funny no time!! Fanteeking
