*Who knew you could get stopped by authorities for carrying too much cash.
California rapper Snoop Dogg was stopped by immigration officials in Norway for carrying too much money. He was due to make an appearance at a an Adidas store before performing at Oslo’s Spektrum Arena.
“They talkn bout takn my $$!!” the Doggfather tweeted. “That aint rite!! Norway standup 4 the biggdogg!! they makn me late 4 this adidas instore autograph signin!”
He was eventually released and went about his business.
“Shout out 2 all 600 fans n Oslo who waited all day at the Adidas instore signin,” he tweeted. “Good lookn out.”

Okay, fools really didn’t know you could be stopped for carrying too much cash! SERIOUSLY?!!! It amazes and pisses me the *&^! off how damn stupid people are and it’s their own damn fault. It’s 2011 and there is no reason for the level of stupidity that I continue to encounter day in and day out. The digital age has made the access to knowledge practically instantaneous. Add some damn common sense to the mix and you’d stop being your own worse enemies. Fool was supposed to let folks know how he was rollin’ when he got his ass to the airport for his departure. He could have also checked what was and wasn’t allowed where entering that particular country is concerned prior to his trip and avoided the situation entirely. SMDH!
Uhmmm … I know most, if not all, countries put a limit on how mush cash you can take out of the country. After all, you are depriving that economy of those dollars. But I don’t see the logic in limiting how much you can bring it. I’m thinking the attitude would be, “bring it on”. After all, that’s money that would likely be injected into that economy. But I guess the richer countries have a more confused outlook on economics. I guess they can afford the luxury of worrying more about the source of the cash, and not what it could potentially do for their economy.
