The athlete’s spokeswoman, Diana Bianchini, said on Saturday that he tried to reschedule an Oct 24th hearing in Contra Costa County Court because his work was getting in the way. The same day he set up a televised workout in hopes of latching onto a team, but no teams attended the workout.
In the midst of him trying to get some work, he’s without an attorney and is representing himself in court. But it isn’t looking too good already.
